William Osborne Broy, 63, of Rt. 2, Berryville, died this morning at the Winchester Memorial Hospital. He was a carpenter and was retired from H.N. Ritter, Inc. in Berryville. He was born on July 31, 1912 in Berryville, the son of John William and Nellie Stickles Broy.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen C. Broy; two sons, William Dailey Broy of Berryville and Lewis (Butch) Broy, of Charlottesville; one daughter, Sandra B McFarland, of Berryville; five sisters, Mrs. Alvin Grubbs of Berryville, Mrs. Ezra Deaver of Berryville, Mrs. Allen Mallory of Front Royal, Mrs. Frances Thompson of Charles Town and Mrs. Robert Duke of Berryville; three brothers, Alfred, Robert and James Broy, all of Berryville; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is at the John H Enders Funeral Home in Berryville.
