Comments: Death certificate shows last name spelled "Stickles" with a birth date of 8/15/1844. However, his burial marker (see above) shows the name "Thomas M Stickel" with a birth date of 8/24/1845. (Certificate of death. E59970, dated 8/22/1930)

Note: The grave marker was re-carved by David R Stickels (California), he did much of the early genealogy research on this family line and he re-carved the back of the existing stone to be more readable and to include more information about the Elizabeth and Thomas.
