Of Cullen and Fredericksburg, VA passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011 at her daughter's home in Cullen.

In addition to her mother, Loretta Bernice Keys Creed of Alexandria, VA, she is survived by her daughter, Denise Anne Russell and husband, John of Cullen; son, Charles Richard Turner of Fredericksburg; her grandchildren, Corey and Victoria Russell, Michael and Gwendolynn Lawrence; and her former husband, Edwin Lee Turner, Jr.,

She was preceded in death by her father, Allen W. Mills, her sister Gwendolyn Underwood and her stepfather, George Creed.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, March 10, 2011 in the chapel of Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. Shorter Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.
