MRS. CHARLES BROY

Mrs. Sally Howard Broy, 96, widow of Charles Lacy Broy, died Saturday morning in the Winchester Memorial Hospital. She was born November 8, 1862 in Clarke county, a daughter of the late Howard and Matilda Messer Locke and spent her entire life in Berryville.

Survivors are the following children: Mrs. Lucy Moore of Middleway, WV, Mrs. Edith Moore, Mrs. Durward Smallwood, Mrs. Lawrence McDonald, Elias W Broy and John William Broy, all of Boyce. A number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren also survive.

Her funeral was held Monday afternoon from the John H Enders Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Holtzman Frazier and the Rev. Kenneth Whetzel. Pallbearers were Lewis Broy, Malcolm McDonald, John McDonald, William Broy, Robert Moore and Heinican Foltz.
