From "Clark County Virginia - Marriages 1865-1898 pg 107 by D. A. Buck - Sarah Ella Stickel married William J. Willingham on June 19, 1884 in Clarke Co, VA. He was the son of John and Margaret Willingham, he was 23 years old (makes his birth about 1861). William was living in Fauquier County Virginia and Sarah was living in Clarke Co, VA at the time of the marriage.
According to the 1910 census Virginia, Loudoun County, Jefferson Twp, William Willingham was 53 years old and Sarah E, wife was 48. They had been married for 26 years. Sarah had 9 children and all were living. In the house with them were 5 children. Herbert C, son, age 21; James C, son, age 14; Preston A, son, age 12; Gertrude I, daughter age 9 and Mable V, daughter age 6.
