He was preceded in death by his late wife, Betty Jane Stickles; one daughter, Tracy Dodson; and one brother, Marshal “Sonny” Clinton Stickles Jr. Services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, with the Rev.
