Comments: Raymond King was the son of Clara King (although it is unknown if the "King" surname was Clara's maiden- or married-name). He also had a sister Rosemary Rector and brother Arthur Follin.
Raymond's biological mother was unable to raise him, and so he spent a considerable portion of his youth in the care of Lee and Grant Shelley.
Shortly after his return from World War II he married the recently-divorced Gladys Louise Smith (nee: Tapscott), and they had one son of their own: Noel E. King. Raymond also raised Gladys' son from her previous marriage, Roland Smith, as his own.
His grandchildren included Jennifer L. Smith (via Roland), Brett E. and Victoria D. King (via Noel).
