PHILLIPS GLORIA JEAN PHILLIPS (Age 82) Of Takoma Park, MD passed away peacefully on October 2, 2009 surrounded by family and friends. She is preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband Lester G. Phillips and son Timothy. She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Boxness and Candace Thornton; granddaughters, Kimberly L. (Michael) Diddia, Heather J. (Michael) Gotkowski, Amy B. and Amanda L. Thornton; great-grandchildren, Meghan, Lauren, Rebecca, Aaron Diddia, Alexandria, Sarah, Emily and Thomas Gotkowski as well as many other loving members of the family. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7, from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service 11 a.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 36401 Bladensburg Rd., Brentwood, MD. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
